the Wahl 7200 ZX648 rechargeable shaver gives the great shave without unnecessary gizmos and lights, outperforming the leading brands to get a fraction of the price.

it will be nice to have a decreased charge indicator light. That said, after a few recharge rounds you'll know the battery power. If the battery is beneficial for 10 shaves then recharge for 60 mins following your eighth or ninth shave to ensure but there's more run out, pretty simple really. The stated battery capacity is actually 45 mins but I get it lasts about 55-60 mins, although as with all rechargeable power packs, I expect the capacity will reduce with time. The recharge time is 60 mins that has a 5 min fast charge option for a single shave. The instruction booklet states the 1st charge out of the pack should be eight hours to correctly situation the battery.

The quality of shave is excellent. I also own a Philips rotary plus a Braun foil travel shaver. The Wahl outperforms the Philips and Braun with ease, both in terms of speed of shave and closeness of the end result. For me, the Philips rotary takes about 5 mins to receive the best result (missed hairs not a method for me so I may take me a little longer than others). The Braun calls for about 6 mins. The Wahl is the winner only taking about several mins, giving me just under two weeks daily shaving using a single charge. After using your Wahl, neither the Philips or Braun can remove anylonger stubble. So Wahl is the clear winner for me.

The Wahl cannot be flushed under the tap unlike a lot of todays newer models. However the cutters are easily detached to clean them with soapy water plus the foil is quickly detached and will be washed separately with soapy water if you ever wish.

Accessories include a shielding cap, charge cord, travel circumstance and cleaning brush. You'll need to buy your own two flag adapter plug, widely available for lower than quid.

All in all, a good shaver for the money.
